Natiivo by Airbnb – Miami

Natiivo Miami is a 51-story pre-construction condo tower in Downtown Miami that was designed by internationally-acclaimed Arquitectonica and is quite unique for Miami as it is the very first condo building in the city to be powered by Airbnb. Natiivo will consist of 412 privately-owned condos that may be entered into the Airbnb management program. Condos at Natiivo will be delivered fully finished and furnished with fixtures and furniture curated by interior design firm Urban Robot. Units will offer open-concept layouts ranging in size from 411 – 2,200 square feet offering studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts featuring 9’-10’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant windows/sliding glass doors, private owner’s closets, modern kitchens with imported European cabinetry, imported stone countertops/backsplashes and stainless-steel appliances, master bathrooms feature imported European cabinetry, imported stone countertops, frameless glass showers and soaking tubs and private terraces with spectacular views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay. Although considered a condo building, Natiivo will also have a hotel component that will offer 200 hotel rooms powered by Airbnb.
